Returns & Refunds
At IVARO, we do not accept returns for products that are not damaged. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in its intended condition.
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Damages & Replacements
While we take utmost care in packaging, damages may occasionally occur during transit.
To help us resolve this swiftly, we request:
• Please record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening your package
• Share the video along with details of the issue within 48 hours of delivery
• Email us with your order details and supporting evidence
Once reviewed, our team will arrange a suitable resolution, including a replacement where applicable.
