Before You Begin
Each IVARO piece is carefully packed to protect its form and finish. Given the delicate nature of our materials, we recommend:
• Inspecting the outer condition of the package upon delivery
• Recording a clear unboxing video to document any visible damage
• Checking the product for chips, cracks, or irregularities immediately
This helps us resolve any concerns quickly and efficiently.
Shipping Within India
• Orders to major cities are typically delivered within 5–10 business days
• For smaller towns and remote locations, delivery may take 7–14 business days
• Delivery timelines exclude weekends and public holidays
International Shipping
We currently do not offer direct international shipping through the website.

Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details
• The final amount will be displayed before payment confirmation
Order Processing
• All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
• A tracking number
• Details of the delivery partner
You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.
Delivery Attempts & Non-Availability
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate address details, including:
• Complete address
• Valid contact number
• Correct PIN code
If the order is returned to us due to non-availability:
• You may request a re-shipment (additional shipping charges will apply)
• Or opt for a refund, as per our Refund Policy
Damages in Transit
While we take utmost care in packaging, damages during transit may occasionally occur.
In such cases:
• Share your unboxing video along with order details within 48 hours of delivery
• Our team will review and arrange a suitable resolution, including a replacement if applicable
